Visit secure.business.bt.com and click register
Step 2
Enter and confirm your email address
Step 3
Enter your account number - you can find it on a recent bill (it begins 'GP')
Step 4
Enter your bill reference number - again, you can find it on a recent bill less than nine months old (it begins 'M00X')

Enter your account details to complete your registration
Your first new look bill will be generated on a different date, however all bills thereafter will revert to your normal billing date. Please note, you'll be given a new billing account number which will appear on your first bill.
No. We'll keep your current method of payment the same (although customers paying by direct debit who wish to continue on direct debit will need to set up a new DD due to data protection regulation). This can be done over the phone or by requesting a DD mandate from the billing team. They can be contacted on 0800 066 5965.

Yes, but you can change to paper-free billing on your online profile, or contact our support team who can make this change.

Just switch to paper-free billing. You'll save £4 for each summary bill, and £8 for each itemised bill. So, if we bill you monthly, you'll save £48 or £96 a year, for each billing account.
You'll also dodge the hassle of securely storing, removing, and destroying paper bills.
Plus, you can view, print off and download your bills online anytime, anywhere. Just make sure you add all your billing accounts in My Account.
